Scanning ports or probing networks without explicit authorization.

1.5 Intellectual Property Infringement:

Uploading, downloading, or distributing content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others.

1.6 Privacy Violations:

Collecting or harvesting personal information of others without their consent.
Engaging in activities that violate the privacy rights of any individual, including doxing or unauthorized surveillance.

1.7 AI and Machine Learning Misuse:

Using AI services to generate or propagate misinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive content.
Developing AI applications that promote discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our proprietary AI models.
Using AI outputs for any purpose that violates human rights or ethical guidelines.

2. User Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Report any security vulnerabilities or abuse.
Ensure that your use of our services does not cause harm to others or our infrastructure.

3. Enforcement

Calicx LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this AUP, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected illegal activities.

4. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website.
